As Director with our business solutions team you will be provide information systems leadership to your portfolio of companies.
You will have the responsibility to assist them in achieving a competitive advantage through the efficient usage of information systems.
This includes the successful delivery of solutions and overall satisfaction with the IS services they receive.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• 7+ years with proven project management experience in the business systems implementation arena across the full life-cycle from scoping and process design to implementation and rollout
• 3+years leading teams of information systems professionals
• University Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
o Comfortably can speak the language of business or information technology depending on the audience
o Reflective listener to gain an understanding of business drivers and goals
o Effectively presents alternatives to improve processes to achieve business objectives through information systems

Education and Experience in the following, although not required, would be a definite asset:
• Masters of Business Administration
• J.D. Edwards PeopleSoft, IBM Cognos applications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
• Industry experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing , or supply chain logistics
• Industry certifications such as APICS , PMP, Six Sigma, CITT
• Developing and delivering multiyear IT Strategic and Tactical Plans
• Strong business background in Transportation, Logistics, Human Resources, Financials, Distribution or Manufacturing
• Process improvement experience and training in LEAN or Six Sigma
